We’ve been back in the kitchen with Seb from Boho Gelato dreaming up new and interesting flavour combinations. As summer is looming (hurry up sunshine!), we wanted to create something that would be super light and refreshing. We use lemongrass in a lot of our dishes but haven’t tried it in dessert… until now!
If you’re after a sorbet that isn’t too sweet, this one’s for you. The addition of lemongrass combined with lots of freshly squeezed lemon juice keeps it really zingy whilst the freshly picked basil gives it a soft aromatic finish. Give it a whirl. You’ll love it.
