On Monday 11th August, we open the doors to our brand new York restaurant. Housed in the historic Banks Music Room on Lendal, we’re giving this ancient building new life with our bright botanicals and vibrant food.
Husband and wife co-founders Pranee and Andy started Giggling Squid out of a determination to bring the buzz of Thai mealtimes to the UK – energetic, informal, adventurous and welcoming. It all started in a tiny Fisherman’s cottage (now our Brighton restaurant) where the first menu was dreamt up.
