Whilst Thai food will always be our first love, there’s nothing like the perfect sip, delightfully refreshing and alcohol-free or with a little extra punch to enhance a meal. We’re pretty proud of our cocktail list, created by our inhouse mixologist and featuring a huge selection of both Thai-inspired tipples and super sippable virgin cocktails. As a little Squid Salute to the joy of cocktails, we’ve partnered with GinTing to share some delicious cocktail recipes for our Gigglers to create and enjoy at home.

Lady In Pink Recipe
Perfect for sunny evenings and BBQ’s. This delicious cocktail features on our drinks menu so not only can you enjoy it in any Giggling Squid restaurant, but with our recipe reveal, you can recreate it at home.
Ingredients:
25ml GinTing Passionfruit, Mango & Elderflower gin
12.5ml tequila
12.5ml Cointreau
25ml sugar syrup – available in supermarkets
½ bottle of London Essence Pink Grapefruit tonic (or any tonic of your choice)
1 slice of fresh grapefruit to garnish
Method
- Fill a long or balloon glass with ice and drizzle in the sugar syrup.
- Next add the gin, tequila and Cointreau and top with your tonic.
- Wedge a slice of fresh grapefruit on the glass rim.
- Sip and savour.
GinTing Sunshine Sharer Recipe
Perfect for sharing with friends & family. Fruity and refreshing, a jug (or two) goes down a treat when you’re hosting a get-together.
Ingredients:
100ml GinTing Passionfruit, Mango & Elderflower gin
500ml Cider – ideally one with a fruity, berry twist!
Lemonade or soda
Frozen fruit
Method
- Fill a jug with plenty of ice.
- Splash in your GinTing and cider.
- Top up with either lemonade or soda.
- Garnish with a good handful of frozen fruit.
GinTing Fizz Recipe
Perfect for getting the party started. The simplest of our cocktails, full of flavour and bubbles and guaranteed to add a few giggles.
Ingredients:
15ml x GinTing Passionfruit, Mango & Elderflower
Prosecco
Method
- Simply measure out the gin
- Top with Prosecco.
- Optional garnish of half a strawberry or just add a straw and start sipping
